The erection of 6 three storey terraced townhouses and 4 flatted apartments for private sale, in Edinburgh’s New Town. This development of a range of accommodation sizes, was built on a gap site, and presented a number of constructional challenges due to its’ city centre location.

The demolition of existing commercial premises and the erection of 5 three storey terraced townhouses, 2 duplex apartments and a detached house for private sale. This development produced a range of types and sizes on a secluded plot in a desirable Edinburgh suburb.

The renovation of existing 4 storey, warehouse-type commercial premises to form 4 canal side apartments for private sale. The existing building shell was retained and renovated, with the addition of generous balconies to each property, while the 4 apartments were created from the internal space.
