Andrew Mauritzen – Commercial Director
Andrew is responsible for the running of the commercial aspects of the business. His varied education and career background has enabled him to establish an extensive and diverse skill base which over the past number of years has been developed within the property industry. He understands the multi-faceted dynamics of the building industry, which combined with his background in design, ensures that Carlsson projects benefit from his critical eye for detail and attention to finishes. Andrew is involved in all areas of the business from construction, through financial, to property sales and lettings.
Peter Mauritzen – Construction Director
Peter is tasked with the day to day running of building operations. With a background in Building Engineering and a long and varied career in the construction industry prior to joining the company, Peter brings a wealth of experience in Project Management. He has project managed property developments with national house builders, to large scale commercial contracts for multinational building contractors as well as a variety of scales and types of development with a local building company. Peters’ time served knowledge means he is adept at identifying construction issues at an early stage, is able to offer cost effective solutions and is able to meet time and budgetary targets.
